Co-Pay Health Insurance Plans  

Co-Pay health insurance plans are a good way to cover routine medical expenses. Although Co-Pay plans are typically more expensive than catastrophic health insurance plans, you can adjust your deductible to lower your premiums and still have acceptable co-pay for your families’ routine care. 

We have plans that offer the following co-pay options: 

• $25, $35 or $45 Doctor Office Visit co-pay  
• $25 Lab and X-Ray charges when performed by the Doctor  
• $15, $25, $45 Co pay for prescription drugs with or with out a deductible  
• First dollar (no co-pay) preventative and wellness benefits  
• First dollar (no co-pay) accident coverage  

The plan deductible usually applies only to major expenses such as hospitalization, surgery and diagnostic testing. All plans may not be available in your state, please check with one of our licensed representatives for more information regarding the plan you may be interested in.
